Requests do not need to use this exact wording.

Please tell us whether you want to disconnect a social sign-in connection, delete particular personal data, or delete your store account. These are different requests. Deleting an account may affect access to account features and order history; a deletion request does not by itself cancel an order or resolve an existing payment or refund obligation.

Where necessary, we may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you. If you no longer have access to your account email address, please tell us so that we can consider an appropriate way to verify your request. Please do not send your password or full payment card details.

Removing this website’s connection in your Facebook or Google account revokes the permission you granted there, but does not, by itself, delete your store account, previous orders or information already held by us. To request deletion of that information, contact us as described above. A request to our store does not delete your Facebook or Google account.

We will review your request and respond without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. We will explain the outcome of your request, including whether the requested deletion has been completed or whether we need further information.
