  1. All goods and services supplied by ED2K are supplied on the following terms and conditions.
  2. All orders placed via our sales channels are bound by the same terms and conditions.
  3. All orders are final once you have placed them.
  4. Limited Edition Items: Pre-orders for limited edition collectibles require full payment upfront. Production delays due to manufacturer constraints will be communicated via email. Minor variations in product color/appearance compared to website images are not considered defects.
  5. Payment must be in full before an order can be finalized and sent. Pre-orders must have full payment unless otherwise arranged.
  6. Changes to existing orders will only be allowed if the order hasn’t progressed past the point where its paperwork has been sent to be processed and dispatched.
  7. Cancellation of orders will be at the discretion of management.
  8. All orders including early bird/pre-order/pre-order closed/released/resale, once placed will be non-exchangeable/non-returnable/non-refundable.

  10. As we have abundant products for online sale, occasionally we may inadvertently run out of an item due to transport damage or inventory discrepancies. In this case, we will get in contact with you to offer an alternative solution, store credit, or a refund on the unavailable product.
  11. ED2K shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
  12. International customers shall bear all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, or any fees payable imposed by their country of residence. ED2K does not assume responsibility for customs-related delays, seizures, or additional charges. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with their local import laws.
  13. In the event of obvious errors on the website or made in connection with your Order, ED2K reserves the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. In such a situation, we will contact you and offer you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price or cancelling your order.
  14. ED2K permits a maximum of one account per customer. Accounts found to be duplicative, sharing the same name, shipping address, billing address, email, or phone number, are considered invalid. Such accounts are subject to deletion at the discretion of ED2K. This measure is in place to maintain fairness and integrity across our customer base and to prevent exploitation of our sales and promotional offers. Customers found to be creating multiple accounts to exploit limited-stock promotions, circumvent promotion limits, or other restrictions may face further actions, including but not limited to, associated orders may be canceled without refund, and exclusion from future promotions.
