  • Released products cancellation period: Released products can be canceled unconditionally within 24 hours after placing the order.

If it exceeds the cancellation deadline, we will not be able to accept the refund because the payment and quota of reserved products have been submitted to the studio and have entered the preparation stage!

Generally, the order cannot be cancelled after it exceeds the cancellation deadline. If you need to cancel the order, refund adjustments will be evaluated based on the specific situation, with reimbursement amounts not exceeding 60% of the total order amount in applicable cases.

Collectibles, GK statue figurines, crafted from resin or polystone — materials inherently fragile in nature — and each piece is handcrafted by artisans, which may result in slight color variations and differences.

📦 To ensure the collectibles remain in their original, unopened condition, we ship them in the exact condition they arrive to us: manufacturer sealed and packed in their original heavy-duty shipping cartons. Despite careful packaging by the manufacturer, minor issues such as small broken parts, clean breaks, or paint scratches may occasionally occur during transit.

Collecting collectibles is a specialized hobby, and while we strive to ensure every piece arrives in excellent condition, we cannot guarantee perfection: If you cannot accept any possible defects or damage, including minor color variations and craftsmanship differences, please order with caution
